  • What materials do you use to create your paintings?

My paintings are created with acrylic paints applied on stretched canvas with palette knifes, brushes or even my fingers! Depending on the painting, I also use different materials such as molding paste, medium, silver/gold leaf and other mixed media. I like experimenting with new materials. Once a painting is done, I use a varnish to protect it from light and dust.

  • Are the paintings ready to hang?

Yes! All of the paintings on stretched canvas will arrive at their forever homes ready to be hung.

  • Do the paintings come framed?

My paintings do not come framed. I make sure the sides of my paintings are finished (painted and varnished) so that you can hang them without a frame. However, you may decide to add a frame to your painting that is right for your room and budget.

Any frames you see on my website and social media are for inspiration only and are not included with your order. 

  • How should I care for my painting?

Your painting should be handled with care to avoid any damage. Make sure your painting is securely hung. Keep it out of direct sunlight and do not use cleaning products on your painting. Instead, dust gently with a dry cloth when needed. 


  • Are the prices in Canadian or US dollars?

All prices on this website are in Canadian dollars.  

  • How can I buy a painting?

It is very easy and secure! Visit my shop on this website, browse all original paintings, add your favorite artwork(s) to your online cart and proceed with the secure Shopify checkout to place your order. The online shop is updated regularly, and all prices are in Canadian dollars. Standard shipping to Canada and the US is free. Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation by email. Your painting will be shipped to you shortly.

  • What type of payments do you accept?

I accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as payment via Paypal.  

If you are in Canada and prefer to pay by eTransfer, please contact me to complete your order offline. 

  • How secure is your online store?
My Shopify online store uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to protect your personal information during the checkout process.


  • How much does shipping cost?

Canada & USA: Standard shipping is free for all Canadian and US orders. Original artwork is usually exempt from duty for the USA under NAFTA.

International: International shipping costs depend on the size of your painting. Shipping cost is mentioned on the product page and will be added to your order during checkout. 

Please note that any taxes, customs duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the customer. For more information about customs fees that may occur in your country, please contact your local customs authority. 

  • When will my painting be shipped?

Your painting will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of your order. I will carefully package your painting to ensure a safe journey. You will receive a notification by email (with a tracking number when possible) once your painting has shipped.

If you live in Victoria (B.C.) or the surrounding area, I will be happy to deliver your painting to you in person.

  • When can I expect my painting to arrive?

Paintings shipped within Canada & the US should arrive within 5-8 business days. International orders may take 7-15 business days. Depending on your country and the time of year, you can expect some delays due to customs and holidays.

COVID-19 delivery service disruption: many shipping services are experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19 which could cause your painting to arrive later than expected. Thanks for your patience!

If you have any questions about a painting, or would like to have a better idea of how a painting would look on your wall, please contact me. If you send me a picture of your blank wall, I would be happy to digitally place the artwork on your wall, giving you a preview of how the painting will look like in your space. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me within 48 hours of receiving your artwork if the painting is damaged from shipping. Include a photo of the damaged artwork and packaging so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
